I started taking headshots while working in the Los Angeles theatre scene many years ago, I had to supplement how poorly theatre work paid and had yet to discover television work. Somewhere around 2005, I migrated to TV and most of my world became video production.
In 2016 I returned with my wife to my hometown of Newport Rhode Island, where I continue to produce commercials and corporate media. Like many people, however, the events of 2020-2021 had me looking at what I was doing. While I love producing, I always found myself missing that camera in my hand.
So, finally leaning on the balance of my experience producing large-scale projects, directing talent, and shooting I decided to launch New England Headshot to make it easy for companies of all sizes to have professional headshots of their staff.
